Most of the lift cabins and structure is manufactured locally in Singapore. We have partners who supports our manufacturing in the secondary processes such as power-coating, galvanising, welding, shearing and bending.

All the imported and locally produced components undergo a QC process where our assembled/end products are inspected/tested before delivery to the site for installation.

All materials undergoes a thorough check with respect to the bill of materials(BOM) before they are packed in a protective cover. This protective cover prevents dust, oil and accidental dents from material transportation.

Installation of the equipment requires trainned personnel who has gone through our Gylet training programme back to our factory .

Lift testing process includes checking all safety circuits, brake clearances, door adjustments, ride comfort, compliance to local codes.

All Gylet turnkey projects come with a defect liability period of 1 year whereby all parts and labour comprehensive and it is at no cost to client.
